I went to Hornby but had to drive to City store to get what I needed. The friendliest people were the security guys, both greeting customers with smiles. The 3 floor staff were busy, it wasn't easy to find one to help but got one in the end.

How can one store be so super helpful and spot on every time you visit? I've been in and out of this and other PB Tech stores and always have a great experience. Good prices, incredibly knowledgeable staff who always have the answers or can certainly divert you in another direction if they can't specifically help right then.

They had (or at least when arrives) exactly what I needed. The staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean, well lit, not overcrowded with stock. I will go back there.

I know nothing about computers. My son is a gamer and we wanted to buy a good computer for gaming and university. Lance Tolentino was the sales assistant and was really friendly and helpful. He assisted a dumb dad through the process! I think we got a really good result for my teenage son. But will he ever talk to me?

Very helpful store staff. Long queue but was during lunch break and checkout staff member thanked people for patience and was very apologetic as each person came up.

Shopped an HDMI cable here and it was a great experience! Kerry the sales friendly guided me which cable I need to connect my laptop with a monitor. He remembers what's the type of port for my monitor so I could get the right cable in a minute. Thanks for the excellent service. I definitely recommend this store.

Always check your products before you leave the shop, otherwise they always find reasons to refuse taking responsibility! I bought 5 TV from them, one of TV screen was damaged after I installed, I didn't drop another on it, just fresh came out from the box, they were keeping deny, nothing I can do , I was a loyalty customer of PB tech, but I was really disappointed about them this time.

Not a bad spot right in town for this shop, it's pretty much got everything that is related for dungeon keepers etc etc. Price wise for most of the products is pretty darn sharp to be quite honest. There is always a question which does take some patience while waiting to pay. Probably the worst part of this store is the parking is quite limited in a tight spot of maybe 6-8 cars if that. Always seems to be difficult just to quickly run in a grab something you want. All in all it's a great shop with great products.

Would love to give a minus 5 stars to this company. However, Google didn't have this option. I purchased a tablet for my kid but the tablet's battery was kept faulty. Not to mention their bad service. They took a age to repair and repair........
