I rented a trailer for 2hrs. When I was done using the trailer, due to the amount of cars driving in and out of this premises, I dropped the trailer off next to the air pump, This seemed to have been a huge problem because I got a call from the store, not sure if it's the manager, but he told me, Don't you think you should have dropped it off where you found it? A good human being would drop it off where you pick it up. Now to draw a picture to this, it was a couple of meters away from where I originally picked it up. But the fact that I get a call to say that I'm essentially not a good human is outstanding. I wasn't told to move it after I told the person behind the pay point, I have dropped it off, there it is next to the air pump. There was no communication when I collected it either. But the cherry on the cake was that the store called me to give me lip service instead of moving the trailer a few meters. Oh and the call was dropped in my ear. Clearly a communication is key in this matter. If I was told, leave the trailer where you found it, I would have gladly done it, but the way the matter was handled was interesting.

Can you please try and Have some respect for your fellow human beings, doesnt matter who's on shift, the disgusting attitudes remain consistent.

Lady with mole on her lip needs a lesson. In customer service A good start would be to stop watching videos on your phone and actually acknowledge your customers like say hello you couldn’t even do that. Terrible

Car wash program 2 does not do all the advertised functions. Was a bit of a waste of money. No one empowered to help.

Average service from these guys, clerk at the counter didnt really know what he was doing and the paywave didnt work on the eftpos machine.

Products setting properly, shining floor, but not a friendly customer service

The staff are always rude and treat customers as if they are a nuisance. Even on Christmas Day. It was very unpleasant. Theyneed to learn customer service skills. Won't be back.

It's a petrol station, sure, but probably the best for price and service in Orewa. Car wash and air on site. Small shop for treats and essentials. Easy to get to and not excessively busy. Local shops nearby. Feels 'village-like'.

We see this lovely young lady every weekend always greets us with a smile and knows exactly what we want, great service with a smile ! Highly recommend!
