Lucky I came to see them instead of going over it on the phone which takes ages to answer. I'm happy with the service they provided.

The staff there are not trained well and have no knowledge of mental health issues or significant issues that New Zealanders are facing. One of their employees spoke so rudely to my client that she attempted self-harm. COVID is a very tough time for everyone. My client disclosed everything as honestly as possible and was interrogated like she did a 'hit and run'. It is because of beneficiaries the case managers have work. Humble yourself- especially the Pacific Island employees there who forget their roots and behave like the colonist. Have some respect for people- not all beneficiaries are eating KFC on the system. There are some people who are experiencing trauma and are unable to work yet your mental health system does nothing for these people either. WINZ case managers need to be sacked and replaced with empathetic individuals who uphold the mana of their people. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

How does a government agency tell someone who is a walk in appointment that the wait is going to be 4 hours minimum, you are waiting for 5hrs and still not seen. Women are bringing their kids in to wait and be served but the system has them waiting, these women are there for their kids so they can get the basic necessities of uniform and stationary and they wait. Why is this system so terrible in being so inefficient, you could call to make an appointment but then you have to wait to confirm your appointment and then you wait again in the seating area to be served. In this so called modern era can the industry not provide a better system or is it easy to keep providing our needing with the same old service, it's been 20+ years since my last time I needed help and I appreciated it then but the service, queues, facilities and staff have not. Fund the people who serves the needed with a better facility, equipment and training to provide an innovative approach to work and income.

Excellent helpful Security and supportive case managers.

Great place very helpful and good vide

Security is very good here. They have 1 security outside the entrance,, 1 security sitting at a desk just inside the entrance and another security walking around inside making sure everything is fine.The reception ladies are all polite. Everytime ive been its always busy but feels pretty safe with the security guards around.
