Good place for views of Auckland City ,Chelsea Sugar Refineries, upper harbour views. Toilet facilities available. Harbour ferry terminal for city. Loving the remains of the old bandstand, of era past.

Reasonable place to launch the boat with reasonable parking for car with trailer. Has floating dock as well.

Easy ramp, nice with the pontoon and normally always parking. Not great on dead low tide though, water lower than end of ramp, and don't let the stern swing to the far end of the pontoon, it's too shallow!
