Very happy with the supply/installation of security camera's by Hari & his team. They were very responsive to my initial enquiry, arrived at the agreed time to do the job & provided me with a good understanding of how to use the monitoring App. Highly recommended for security camera supply & installation.

Dealing with these amateur's Smartlife was a complete cluster , was promised support by installer/ franchise owner who then left the company and went over seas straight after promising we would have support . We had a malfunction of equipment within a few weeks and had no point of contact as the Tauranga branch wasn't even being monitored by the head franchise and the owner had left for Australia , phone still going to messages and website still up . I had to track down contact through other franchises . Then when they finally got back to me about the fault they started shifting blame back on the old manager and said he installed product that they wouldn't normally install. Long story short terrible service and they ran from an easy fix problem , a camera that had failed in the first few weeks instead of simply replacing it they stuck their head in the sand and made us do all of the work to try and fix with the supplier that we didn't even buy from . My recommendation would be don't deal with Smartlife they are not reputable at all and don't stand by their work.
