Auckland Furniture Removals

Charged me $550 for a replacement screen for my Galaxy S22 Ultra. The new screen had black blotches and the camera was blurry. When I questioned this I was told that this is what you get for $550. If you want brand new screen you go pay full price. They did not tell me $550 gets you a faulty screen. I made them put my old screen back on and refund my money. Very disgusted with the service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I had scheduled a moving service and made two prior calls to request a change in the moving time due to their staff facing a medical issue. I agreed to the rescheduled times on both occasions. However, on the day of the move, no one contacted me until 12:30 AM. After spending over half an hour trying to reach customer service, I was informed that their truck had broken down and they asked if I could move the next day instead. The overall experience was highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against choosing this company! AND I FAILED TO MOVE MY HOME. DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company!I couldn’t be at the house for delivery and had been advised I could pay online the next day. Overcharged me and now cannot get ahold of them! I noticed multiple items missing like my TV and bed/headboard! I’ve moved into this new place and haven’t had a bed for nearly 5 days!!! I still haven’t got my things but and am absolutely in shock of this unprofessional service! Do not use them !!!

If you care about your furniture and your time don’t go with these guys. They ruined my furniture and said they will pay $20 for it!! With almost 2 months of back and forth they unweighted it to $50 for a $1.3k tv cabinet, and said it’s not distorted! The manager of the complaints team was so rude literally yelling at me, I had to keep following up with the lady who I was dealing with. Honestly and absolute waste of time and so rude, literal waste of money. They offered me free set of stairs which they ended up charging for anyways. DONT waste your money cause it’s cheap they will scam you anyways. The actual guys that came to move furniture were lovely though but the sales and complaints team TERRIBLE.

Never ever ever book with this company!!!!!!Worst experience ever! Cancelled on me 30mins after they were due to arrive, didn’t try and help find an alternative or anything. I am a solo mum, with a disabled child and they totally took advantage of me - the stress they caused was ridiculous.

SCAM ALERTThis company is a scam.Highly unprofessional company, do not get in trap with their sales team or for low cost, I booked well in advance and they did not turn up on the moving day, their sales team called in last moment to say they can not come today and advised me to find any other movers.And they expect you to pay the call out fees in advance.

Terrible experience!!Do not believe a word their sales team says. They are completely unreliable.The actual pickup guys were great but sales kept telling complete lies about their whereabouts.Even tried to cancel the job after following with them for 5 times without any response..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I paid a deposit 3 weeks in advance of my moving date and confirmed again 1 week prior to my move. All seemed good to go however - THEY DID NOT SHOW ON THE DAY.After calling them to ask their whereabouts, they proceeded to tell me they were too busy to come and they would have to sort my move the following week. When I explained I had to be out of my house that day, they hung up on me and wouldn't answer any of my phone calls.I ended up having to urgently book with another company and paid over 3 x the price.This company doesn't deserve to be in service. Absolutely ubelievalble.

Omg.. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. Never ever use these jerks they didn't show... our stuff sat in the rain for hours waiting. Had to arrange another company who were fantastic and professional. Everything these werent. Look forward to their reply when we take them to court. They don't deserve the one star. They lied and lied. Angry doesn't even come close to how I feel.
