Dry cleaners had clothes for over 2 days - when I arrived past the time and day specified I was told the delivery was late and to expect my suit in maybe an hour". Poor - particularly if I was needing the items for an interview or funeral? No courtesy text in case I'd made the special trip and no good will discount. Not impressed."

Failed to send a notification when clothes were ready, twice. Failed to remove stain and acted like they were doing me a favour when trying a second time.

Dwayne is a god amongst men. I had a skirt that I needed to iron for a show. The last time I did it myself, it took me three hours and a good part of my sanity. Bitting the bullet, I decided to take it to the drycleaners as I just did not have time. Dear Dwayne ironed that beast right there and then in less than 10min. I nearly cried for joy. Please go to Willis Drycleaners. They are lifesavers. Thank you Dwayne!!!

Please be aware this dry cleaner ! They overcharge customers at pickup. Both drop off receipt and the sticker on the cloth says the same price, however i was told that i have to pay more for an excuse that he never mentioned it to me at the drop off. What a rip off! definitely not recommended this shop and certainly won't go back again....

This is the place to go if you have any garments which you require professional care to be taken. They have always provided excellent service and no issue can not be solved. These are the people who ensure that I have a well groomed look.
