Went here for my restricted test and passed. Nitya was a very kind and calm instructor with clear instructions. He made the atmosphere feel safe & even passed me despite my nerves.The receptionists were nice and welcoming as well.

First time visiting this branch and I was greeted by a friendly team member who helped me identify the form I needed to fill out to replace my lost licence card.The receptionist that helped me was very lovely, the office was very tidy, clean and organised. I’ll be back to take my car here for a WOF in future.

I went there for my driving practical test and happened with Nitya. I got wrong vibes as i asked how are you and he didnt answer even whereas he is asking the same question happily to my wife. He failed my test with low scores despite of giving all responses in regards to asked questions while test. Will not recommend to sit here for test.

I had Dimitrios this afternoon as my Driving Instructor and I just wanted to leave some positive feedback. Dimitrios was very clear with his instructions, he had good customer service like aptitude and he was friendly. He didn't make me feel more nervous than i already was, which was great! Just wanted to say thank you Dimitrios and to keep up the great work!

By far the best VTNZ I’ve visited. The staff were friendly and helpful. My instructor was Dimitrios, very clear with instructions awesome guy. Highly recommend this branch.

I initially booked my driving test with VTNZ Manukau after 2 cancellations due no testing officer available. My driving lesson instructor recommended VTNZ Wiri. Best place I've gone to do my driving test. My instructor was Dimitrios a pleasant guy to deal with he is direct with instructions, professional and very kind. I was a bit nervous at the start but how polite and kind he was it helped calmed my nerves down.Thank you Dimitrios.Ps: I passed my full license test first attempt.

After reading other reviews I felt much better about doing my test. I got my restricted today thanks to the legend Dimitrios. He really is as kind and straightforward with directions as others say. Definitely think this is one of the easier and nicest places to sit for any of your tests.

I went here for a retest. I was originally told by the Wiri VTNZ employee that first checked my WOF to just park in the car park as the only thing to check was if a handle opened. At the retest I was rudely told to go wait in the 1+ hour line even though it was a 10 second job. I went into VTNZ Manukau instead and it was no problem, in and out in a couple of minutes without adding a car to the line. Go there instead, they are much more efficient and polite.
