Generally a good place for all those garden and diy bits. Their online stock indication sometimes doesn’t match up to what is actually in stock. Pays to call ahead if you want something specific.

There is a cool feature on the bunnings site which I thought I should share as I've consistently found that the staff can rarely direct me to the correct asile at the store That is : when you select the your store ans search for an item it actually shows you both the aisle AND the and bay the item you are looking for is located! I tried this today and it was right there where it said it would be. Good one Bunnings I like it! By the way, I also checked different stores and the same item was located at different locs as you would expect:-)

First time I had visited the Mt wellington store. Nice and we'll organised, I asked one if the staff where the electrical section was and he asked what I was actually after and told me exactly which isles they were in. Mt Wellington will be my new local Bunnings store.

Product exchange policy is good and convenient but staff friendliness and experience needs be far better. No smiles nor response to any comment. Can't get any advice as there seems to be lack of experience and knowledge. Very few times I have had friendly and pleasant staff.

Checked the website, found location of product & cost - non slip tape for steps/stairs: straight there, saw, picked, paid & left: time 8mins - travel there & home 10mins. Can't argue with that

Very large store with possibly everything you would need for DIY. Huge selection and choices. Pricing is very sharp. Staff were friendly and helpful with easy parking.

Great prices for the most part but very rare to find someone to help you out when looking for something in particular eg went in looking for indoor plant potting mix went to garden center no staff member to help could only find outdoor... Walked around finally found one and when asked was just shrugged off and told it's over there and pointed in the general direction....

Great team with many years experience.Older store but has the range and are happy to order if needed. Lots of parking space and they have a nice clean cafe area. Big playground for the kids.
