Convenient location at the mall entrance with plenty of parking is a good option for locals to drop off dry cleaning especially not too many around in Albany.However I am amazed that on top of the cost of have the garments “cleaned”, I was asked to pay extra for “the jacket is white, so extra $!!”, “this is an orange spot here, spaghetti?, so extra $3”, “there is yellow stain here from sweating, so extra $6”...... at the end, 2 summer tops cost me $52.I have to question where the value sit? Cleaning stains, dirt on gourmet is the whole point of the service, CLEANING!!!! And by the way, white is the most of the common garment colour. Why I have to pay twice for what you are supposed to do?!Have to question where is the basic customer service and value for this business and pricing model. Next time I will drive a bit far to other dry cleaners for sure.

It is the 1st time I washed the sweater. After wash, the body part completely turned yellow, but the sleeves didn’t, they still have the original white colour. Now I got a 2-shades sweater.The owner’s feedback doesn’t make sense at all.

Never go back again. My coat's colour totally changed to different shade and shrank.

The garment has the exact marks it went in with. I get told this is how I bought it, with the marks in the fabric or I ironed it like that.All nonsense. Just played $17 for a pressed garment. Not impressed. A complete ripoff
