I wanted to get my hair cut short & Taylor was amazing! I loved her work :) She has a lovely personality, listens to her client's requirements and, is very talented.

I went here last week for the first time and it was an awesome experience. Lani was so fun to talk to and did an amazing job on my hair. I'm also a wheelchair user and need help to get into the seat to wash my hair and they happily helped me.

Lovely staff who take time to listen to you and work with you on what you want. Seemed quite experienced and friendly, without pushing for the sale. Well presented interior, with a good selection of products. Their services are well priced and very good value for money. I really enjoyed my experience. I have curly hair and was nervous about whether they would manage to cut it in a style I'd like but Taylor really understands how different styles work with different hair types and densities. They also have beauty services (eyebrow maintenance etc.) that is quite good.

I ordered a product online two weeks ago, and I still have not received it. I live in Auckland 30 mins away from this salon. I've sent multiple emails, facebook messages and have tried to call. I was finally told by someone it had been sent but was damaged so the courier returned it. This sounds like nonsese as I was never sent a tracking number. I've now been told again that it's been sent, but my request for a tracking number has been ignored.Please send this and send me the tracking number immediately, or refund me immediately.Don't buy products online from this place. I see I'm not the only person who's had this issue.Edit to their response: They chose to respond to their review rather than to my emails and messages. All I've asked for is a tracking number but responding to a review is higher priority apparently. My order was placed 2 weeks ago which was after the major flood event and well before this cyclone, which was AFTER they said it had been sent. Never received tracking info for the first time it was sent". And as I said

I have been very nervous about going short, I have always had either long or shoulder length hair but its progressively getting thinner with age. When I told Taylor that I was keen to go short she was super excited and gave me the best pixie cut! She spent over an hour on my hair with huge attention to detail, it's the best experience I have ever had! The price was so affordable and that means something coming from me because I rarely spend money on my hair. I am so happy with my experience and will happily keep going back . Good service, friendly staff. However, the service I selected was very average (Natural Argila straightening treatment). My hair was frizzy within 3 weeks (only washed every 2-3 days)...no way close to the 3-4months they claim. Quite disappointing. Also, there was a significant difference between the sections of hair the hairdresser" worked on vs the "helper"."

I got highlights and cut done from Taylor this weekend and I am short of words what an amazing outcome and service I received. Taylor was so professional and friendly at the same time took time to understand what I wanted, checked with me on every step and make sure she gave me a much better outcome than what I had in mind. She did such a great job in turning the cut and colour to suit the best version of me. Her positive and energetic attitude is also very commendable. Thanks Taylor you are an asset to the salon :)

Taylor is an excellent stylist. She listens to your requests and offers great advice and feedback. The Salon is lovely and their prices are very respectable.
