Well, what can I say! Bear in mind Im in the UK and the time differences. I made contact by email and Nick responded very quickly. I explained that my friends are on a dual 60th birthday world trip and that one of the birthdays was while they were staying in Auckland and that I would love to surprise them with a special treat. I told Nick what I wanted delivered and his words were 'leave it with me' I was very nervous that it just wouldn't work and someone else would end up with a free bottle of bubbles!I needed have worried, I woke up to messages from my friends and the attached picture!Service above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!Thank you Nick for making it special for them!!

Great service! I was on a tight timeline and wanted my wine before my evening Zoom. Spoke with Nick who was polite and professional and felt my impending sense of doom of a Zoom meeting without wine! Contacted the lovely driver Jamin and had me sorted in minutes. Jamin was super cheery and Nick followed up with a text. Thank you and will be using the service again.

Even though it was not same day delivery to the Auckland suburb of Helensville where I live, I was impressed with the prompt communication I had from this company when an item I ordered was not in stock. We quickly came up with an alternative and this was sent out to me pretty fast. I did have some issues with their website (Google wasn't happy with the site security) but I found it pretty easy to use and ultimately got what I needed.
