2 front counters, people were waiting a one lot... but all the staff were at the other and no staff called them over or even acknowledged them. It's a shame as this is a pretty cool store, set up well and has good deals etc... but staff just aren't paying attention to their customers

Love this store. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to advise and assist. Made some great purchases and got a good surprise with the 40% off sale. Definitely visit again.

Nice staff but very very little knowledge about s the products even I know they have!Kathmandu has totally lost its way - if you want square top fashion items that don’t perform outdoors shop here. If you want great looking too performance items go to MACPAC

Spacious and easy to shop.. Not a huge range and quite sparse compared to their main Town and City based stores... Nothing special and dwfiantely not a clearance centre..
