We bought a Cloud Rest King Bed a couple of months ago, just before the Covid-19 lockdown, which delayed shipping and was out of everyone's control. Phil & Dan and their staff had amazing communication, they replied to emails very quickly and kept us in the loop with delivery. They also sent a letter to their customers advising them of the delays and thanking their customers for their patience, which we received shortly before the bed was ready. They delivered it as soon as it arrived to their warehouse. Would highly recommend these guys, quality furniture & bedding at great prices and the customer service is great.

Worst experience I ever had, bought mattress with 10years warrenty but fabric ripped off in 10months when contacted just got an answer its not covered under manufacturers guarantee just don't understand if they can't give guarantee then why they say they give 10years warranty. When contacted after that they never replied never contacted back. Just a shittiesr customer service they gave, it feels very bad when you spend a lot of money and don't get what you expected. That mattress was one of the best mattress they have comfort gel ones.Won't recommend anybody

I ordered a dining set from you and I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn’t for some issues I had with my order.1- My delivery date was supposed to be on 17/08/2018 but no one showed up that date. When I called your store, they apologized and we agreed to have delivered on 30/08. No one called to say that delivery was canceled, I was waiting the whole day.2- We agreed in the store that the delivery includes the assembly. When the delivery person delivered the set, I was told it includes everything I need and that I need to assemble it myself and left.I called back your store and a nice lady answered, she said it’s not right and she called back the delivery person, had them return and assemble the set. If it wasn’t for that lady, I would have given you guys a lower rating.Overall it was a nice solid dining set that I like, but I wish you guys were more customer oriented and that I don’t have to constantly call for updates.Thanks

We bought 3 beds from Phil & Dan's furniture and we had the best service. DAN was amazing, his knowledge of beds and honesty was refreshing. He was not pushy just to get a sale, he genuinely wanted to find us the best beds for our family. Our friends have since been back to buy a lounge suite from Dan from our recommendation.

Great. Not cheap but the products are near new and they deliver and you can order in advance PLUS they do weekend delivery which is a great thing for us as we are moving on the weekend with no trailer or help. A god send

Delivery was brilliant they arranged a time that suited us. We are very happy with lounge suite too. Very comfortable and just what we needed. Thank you for making our purchase so easy.

If I had a option for 0 rating I would have done it as total waste of money $1200 for the best mattress they had and the fabric didn't last more than 6months. They took 3 months to check mattress and no results.Never ll give business to this shop at all.Look at your reply that's how you deal with your customers. Thanks for doing nothing rather wasting our time. I Still won't recommend.

Excellent service! Can’t praise the service enough. Got a great deal on a 3 piece lounge suite and got it delivered within 2 hours from purchase. Super easy and will definitely shop there again!

Good value basic home furniture. Not too big a selection, great friendly staff and plenty of parking. Also offer delivery for a fee. This is the second time I have purchased from this store. The only let down both times has been delivery times. They told me a week, for each order. So far it has been 10 weeks (for the 2nd order) and still waiting. The first time took several weeks to arrive. I would prefer they told me a longer wait time, and then get it sooner, than the other way round.

Purchased a bed at half price from Brittany at Phil and Dans. She was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Great service, I have recommended you to all of my friends. So happy with my Comfort Gel mattress and base.
