Wow! Shervaan your customer service is the very very best! No hot water this morning from our Rinnai Gas Water Storage unit…Contacted in the morning..came late in the day after his busy schedule…Dark & Wet night…we now have hot water…We even got a follow up call after a couple of hours to see if we had hot water…What more can you ask for…One of the best…Very highly recommend ….Your service so appreciated! …Definitely will be our go to in the future…

We had a blocked drain in the kitchen and I managed to find Macks Plumbers who were able to come fix for us on a Friday night. They were quick and efficient to get it sorted for us and really great to deal with. Highly recommend and we will definitely contact them for any other plumbing services in the future. Shervaan was very professional and friendly. He called to say he was delayed and then arrived as stated. He was quick. He did a good job on the job he did to us. He said he would come back if the leaking pipe leaked again for no charge. The fee for coming on a Sunday was reasonable compared to many firms we called. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with a leaking toilet wall tap. It was an emergency as the toilet was flooded and I had to close the water main switch to stop the flooding. I phoned the first plumber I found on Google. Shervaan answered the phone and showed up at my place in 20 min. He fixed the issue. He replaced the wall tap in the toilet and completed the job in 25 min. If you have an emergency call Shervaan!!!! Highly recommended.

In a world full of tradies with very very poor communication skills, Sheervan is breaking the trend. Excellent comms. Great advice. Afforadable price. Turned a non compliant cook top into a smart, fully compliant solution with bespoke steel work commissioned as well as fitting replacement cook top. Highly recommend him. Even got him to fix a couple of other things around the house, which he was happy to do. Very handy. Best tradie experience so far!!!!!
