Disappointing. I ordered an item 2 days ago, yet to receive any acknowledgment they’ve prepared my order or shipped it (yes, I’ve checked my spam folders in my emails… and nothing). I rang the bank to make sure the money had gone through thinking maybe it was an issue with the money going through on my end and they confirmed the funds have been taken from my account and paid to this business. Don’t recommend buying from here, they have taken my money and I have yet to receive the order. Won’t be buying from here again or recommending to nail techs in my area :(

I couldn't have asked for a better tutor. The support and environment was comforting. I had such an amazing experience and learnt so much! If your thinking about becoming a nail tech then NSI is definitely the place to go! It's so worth it! Plus the products available is incredible! Thank you suzi for everything.

The store has everything you could ever need as a nail tech! The staff are so kind and have given me amazing advice. They are also an Education Centre and really show that they are passionate about nails. 10 out of 10!

Great service, excellent products.Bought a gift for my partner from the online store. It arrived promptly, but alas there was an item missing from my order.I emailed the shop and got a reply almost instantly.They were very kind and sent a replacement immediately.My partner could not be happier with her Birthday gift.

Couldn’t recommend the Nail Tech Course enough!! The content was well thought out and delivered. Suzi and Lee were great communicators throughout the entire process, and were also SUPER accomodating. The manual has EVERYTHING you need to know and the kit you receive is broken down piece by piece so you know exactly what you’re doing with each product. The environment was stress free and fun, and I overall had a really enjoyable experience. So glad I decided to go with NSI!

I have been aware of NSI New Zealand for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending Suzi and Lee, their services and their products. Other companies I have ordered from say their products are legitimate but I know for a fact they are cheap knockoffs where you have no idea what is actually in their products. Do not be fooled by cheap 'specials' and free 'postage'. These products are 'dangerous goods' and must be shipped and labelled as such or the company is breaking the law and putting everyone in danger.
