Terrible Terrible internet connection. It is so much on and off any time of the day. Just before long weekend start internet gone off on Friday evening and did not back up until Saturday day time. It has gone off again on Tuesday 6pm and no back up until I connect new router on Wendesday. Customer service opens from 10am, so frustrated moments for waiting to talk them. What kind of company starts service from 10am. They said to solve issue I need to sign up for another year or pay for new router. Is this kind of joke? I decided to buy my own router, I can't expect any support from this company. However the Korean guy from customer service who I talked on Wednesday morning, he was really polite, helpful. It was only good thing I can say.

Really happy with the consistency of the speeds and customer support. No long waits during customer service call. No load management which means your speeds WILL NOT be slowed down during peak times and i am loving it. Keep it up.

I dont think Ive used an ISP before that has as many outages as Worldnet does.Something is evidently a problem with your internet infrastructure given the frequency of your outages, outages that are entirely localized to your ISP and affects no other. This is not a reflection of the support staff working there who clearly have staffing problems given that anecdotally support calls have queue times >30 minutes. Despite this, they were very friendly (like other reviews say) and obviously doing their best in their circumstances.Tldr amazing support staff, trash infrastructure

The worst company ever! I'm switching broadband suppliers and today is my last day of using worldnet. My understanding is the service should end at midnight and there should be a smooth switch. In fact I lost internet at 9pm, which is when people need it the most. How could you just stop the service in the middle of the night with no notice at all????? Ridiculous!!!!!

Sorry just Poor customer service. gave me notice 15days before my contract finishes and letting me know I will need to give them 30days notice to exit their service. ??? tried to talk to their customer rep asked them, how this even make sense/ if other customer has this issue with them. their answer was you signed up with this and agreed. I asked if I can speak to anyone who can look further in to this process, they promised to give us a call back, which never happened.

I can't wait be here to post a review to let peoples know what a superb fast and outstanding services provided by their customer service.I contacted them on live chat twice and been applied within second ,no hanging and mucking around . The agent assisted me with patient and politely .I can't imagine what long that I need to be wait if they are from Vodafone agents . I used to call them previously and I got a bad and rude assistant. You have to wait at least a 25minutes to wait for someone can assist you. A long wait with a sleepy music will on the line while you waiting.

Ridiculous broadband service. The customer service team has a nice attitude but they just don't solve problems. Also they don't understand their own policy very well so the information they give is very confusing. Happy to move to other suppliers and will never recommend them to anyone.

The best ISP out there. Amazing customer service from local people who know what they are talking about, always reply really fast to queries and offer helpful suggestions. And you’ll not beat their prices and offers either.

Worst! Today all of a sudden network is not working, we called their office number but it says the call can’t proceed; emailed no reply; online chat no reply. We then headed to their office as shown on the website-Newton one, but it turns out their office is not there anymore! Some other customers also went there as they are experiencing the same issue as us. Apparently WorldNet is having some massive issues. Later in the evening they told us that it’s due to a fault switch and it should be working now, however the network is on and off again and again! Very disappointed! Never use them!

DO NOT SIGN WITH WORLDNET. POOR customer service and have had APPALLING network connection for the past two months - after having just signed another one year contract with them. Wifi has been dropping in and out every few minutes throughout the entire day (things stop loading and calls are cut), and at 9.30pm on the dot every night, Wifi is practically unusable - dropping in and out every 30 seconds (honestly wondering if we're being throttled). Called them a few weeks ago several times, made us run some tests, took them at least a week to finally agree to send us a replacement router. We had to pay $15 for courier fees ourselves - which we accepted as it was in our contract. Few weeks later, still ZERO IMPROVEMENT with net connection, contacted them several times over the phone and e-mail yet again, still not ONE apology has been given for all this drama, ran a whole bunch of tests again which confirmed network connection issues, and now they want us to pay another $15 to replace this SECOND FAULTY router. I understand if it's one router and that the contract stated we'd have to pay the $15, but twice? What if the next router(s) is/ are faulty - do we keep paying $15 to get replacement routers? Asked to speak to someone from management team to resolve this and got fully ignored by the customer services representative. They instead only replied to insist that we must pay the $15 for a replacement router (the other option is to pay $299 to terminate the contract). Disgusting treatment of a long-time customer who's been with them for years. DO NOT SIGN WITH WORLDNET. Left thie review on their Facebook page and they took the time to immediately ban my account from their page entirely - cannot like, react, or comment anything anymore - rather than take time to resolve this with any sort of integrity.EDIT (in response to their reply): Typical of them to try and shift blame onto the customer - implying that we have broken the router ourselves. See other reviews where customers have pointed out that nothing is ever their fault. We have had this replacement router for shorter than a month and it has just been sitting on a table in the corner of our living room. We have in no way mishandled it or damaged it ourselves.
