Ordered some blackmores chews for my dog but received the wrong item. I emailed pet post customer service to see if i could return or swap the wrong order they sent me. I was then told that the product is the same but they have changed packaging. I don't understand why they are advertising the advance care chews yet sending out the non advance care packets.

I regularly order flea treatments for my animals from PetPost. The order is always shipped the next day, and is at my house usually the day after. Very happy with the service, and the prices are great too!

Awful delivery service. Ordered Meals for Mutts through then as it was significantly cheaper than my usual PetcircleAnyway first order- 7th October, arrived 25th October (this was after I complained about the slowness of the shipping after two weeks). They sent one via express post and apologised. That’s 12 business days with a complaint via their website2nd order- ordered 21st Nov and arrived 8th December. Count it it’s 16 business days. Insane stuff I had to buy some via pet barn during this long wait.If you don’t mind waiting, Petpost is good in regards to pricing, however I just find their shipping unfortunately unreliable

Never used to have a problem ordering from here, but we ended up canceling our last order as it still hadn't been shipped after a week. Called around day 5 and was assured it's on its way, called again 2 days later and was told it hadn't even been dispatched. Meanwhile my cats are suffering with fleas. Do not order anything from here if you require it within 2 business days as promised. Or at all.

Have been waiting for my order for 6 business days!!!! Have wrote two times and got no response. Called and no one picks up. Refund me immediately or I will be in touch with The Disputes Tribunal for fraudulent trading.

29/1 – ordered and paid.1/2 – Order was processed.2/2 – Order was picked up by courier from their warehouse.7/2 – Did not receive so I called, was advised I have to wait for 10 days to lodge the query with NZ post (the website says 1-3 days delivery time though).9/2 – I had a live chat, was advised will lodge the inquiry with their warehouse.11/2 – I sent an email through their website.14/2 – I called, the operator advised that she will lodge the inquiry with nz post and give me updates.15/2 – I called again. The operator said she will call nz post. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she will get the manager to call me. She offered to cancel the order and give the credit!!16/2 – No ph call or email received, so I called again and spoke to Abbie. She said she will call the Courier post and give me updates. She offered to send me an urgent delivery.18/2 Thursday – Order received.It shouldn’t take over two weeks to receive a delivery within the Auckland area. None of the operators (apart from Abbie) followed up on what they promised. Even the manager had no guts to handle the complaint or speak to the customers.I have been ordering from one of their competitors for the last 10 years, and had an issue only once which was solved in the first ph call.This was the first time I ordered from PetPost, and it took six interactions to resolve the issue!!Calling or emailing them is a complete waste of time, because they are not going to response or follow it up.

I should have read the reviews first. Despite competitive pricing, don't be tempted to buy pet food from PetPost. No communication, they don't ship your order (I'm still waiting a week after paying) and you cannot contact them to enquire - they don't answer emails nor the phone. Just don't bother.Edit: I have been informed that PetPost have a banner on their website explaining they are experiencing delays after moving warehouse. This is very vague information hidden behind a banner - perhaps email to inform customers if you cannot even process orders for more than a week following payment.
