Amazing service today from Shabnam! I dropped my repair off and grabbed a coffee, and by the time I was done my item was ready for pickup! She initially said the next day, which would have been amazing too! The repair itself was very professional. Highly recommended :)

Good store for odds and ends, crafts, ballons, dress up, party, etc. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but we did all right. They had about 90% of the items we were looking for. Missing Popsicle sticks...

Prices are super reasonable, large range of products and I can always find what I'm looking for. Never had an issue. Great place to go for all your party, costume, craft or other needs :)

All the best stuff under one roof. Resonable price and has huge variety for every occasion.

This store is the worse store for customer service and blame, I had purchased some items here, only discovered when I arrived home that I had only received 1/3 items so I called the store and spoke to a rude woman that seriously needs some training in Customer Service! She could tell I was frustrated and angry, instead of dealing to my issue she had the nerve to serve customers whilst having me on the phone, very rude!!!! She was trying to blame me on losing the items in the car park when I was parked right outside the front door! Poor and rude customer service!!!My response back to the store: At no point did this rude woman ask me to return back to the store - an utter LIE, she blamed me that I may have lost the items on my way back to my car which was only parked right outside the store?? - an assumption on her part. I called your store having arrived home because the items were not LOST as you so put it, firstly some of the items were not even given to me, after speaking to this RUDE woman I searched high and low in my car and no items were found. The reason why I was angry & raised my voice was because she had the nerve to serve customers and putting the phone down whilst I was on the phone, she was not listening nor was she empathetic toward my situation, please take some consideration & accountability for the lack and poor customer service of your staff!!! If you had listened to the recording you would have heard your staff member talking to me in between conversations and serving customers! How RUDE, you can also tell that this staff member was not listening to me either, did you listen to that?? Now, I have over 10+ years of customer service experience and have managed staff before. This still does not change my star rating, pity there isn't a no star rating! I would be more than happy to speak to management in person about my experience and possibly offer some tips to this staff member about Customer Service and how customers should be treated. I was just in this store to buy cups. I arrived 5 mins before closing and I was out of the store before 6pm (closing time) but the staff were quite rude to me. Saying to hurry up, that they're hungry. The store wasn't even closed yet! Just rude. I was at the till at 5.57pm purchasing my 1 item and they were making rude comments.

Everything and more! Great place for decorations, costumes for kids and adults, toys party accessories best of all affordable price's which is always good. The store is big with a great variety of stuff, kept clean and the staff are helpful and friendly

These guys have such a vast variety of stuff.My mom dropped a $100 bill here. We were the last customers & the staff were still patient & gracious with us. By the time she realized she dropped it, it was too late to go back. I was skeptical we'd ever find it. She went back couple days later (we were busy with an event) & the staff had found it after we left! Bottom line, I will always shop where they have good people working for them. It goes to show what good people the owners are too.I keep forgetting about these guys as they're tucked far way waay waaay behind other places, otherwise I'd give them 5 stars
