Pretty good service. Dealt with a male cashier.

I went to purchase a small amount of USD on Saturday morning. The male on the counter was plain rude & arrogant. No rates were displayed on the board where he used an excuse of the power needs to be fixed. I see a previous post advising of no rates being displayed. Fortunately I was only buying a small amount of cash but next time I will go elsewhere

I recommend this place over no.1 currency after accessing both stores today, two reasons, 1,better rates which is key!! And 2, they take small notes as well, while #1 only takes big notes for some currencies. Hope this helps!

The lady on the counter wore her ear pods with her cellphone standing against the window. It seems she was having a video call while serving the customer in front of me.When it was my turn, she didn’t say hi, before I started talking, she said “I have no money”.She was so rude and inappropriate.Such a shame

If you want to change or buy a big amount of money you should make account with them, it takes about 15 minutes in the counter, the guy sitting there doesn't make much effort to make it faster or explain anything you ask. He seemed rude to me. Kicking out one lady from the window who wanted to change money and send them saying “one transaction -one customer” so after changing she had to go back queue.No rates on the window and when I asked he said I don't know.In the end I bought euro for 0, 72 but official rate on lotus web is 0, 62. Is it cheating or mistake? Please contact me.

Teller was friendly and service was fast. USD exchange rate was 1 USD - 1.495 NZD which wasn't bad at all. No service fee too. Had to open an account since I had to have more than $600USD exchanged. Overall, experience was very satisfactory. Branch was beside Gormans.

Despite the lady sitting there seems stubborn, I found them offering the best rate for USD to NZD.

Go to the other Exchange Office in front of them, don't lost your time with people that doesn't want to work. Contact with client is not for everyone

Very aggressive lady. She is too angry to be allowed to sit in the customer service. I have been their customer for 6 years in Christchurch never seen such an angry lady even dose not say hello or communicate. Sorry for her she mist have difficult life but customers are not responsible for her situation.

Friend received unprofessional and rude service from a female Indian worker. Had zero patience for my friends moderate English proficiency and would talk too quickly (despite being asked to slow down) and sigh melodramatically every time my friend did not understand something and asked for clarification. Awful service considering most clientele will be foreign and may not be able to speak English as well as my friend, so not sure how they expect to do business with these people. Literally pushed my friend to tears out of intimidation from her visible frustration. Probably get another job if you have no patience for foreigners, especially sad considering she is a likely a foreigner herself.
