Outstanding customer service, and the pendants I received are beautiful, authentic, and of very high quality. I originally contacted this store looking for a carved greenstone pendant of a very specific style that I couldn't find anywhere else. Goina went out of her way to find it for me through a local carver. She was very courteous, kind, and friendly, and kept me updated frequently. She was so incredibly lovely to work with, and was very kind in answering all of my questions. Shipping was also extremely fast, even for an overseas order. This store is truly committed to exceptional customer service and friendliness (it was lovely to chat with you, Goina)! My spouse and I are enjoying the pendants we received immensely, and are getting lots of compliments on them.
