Absolutely looooove this shop! Not only do they have beautiful items, they are so friendly and helpful. My family reside in Wairoa and as I live away, I can always rely on bloom 'n loco to have amazing gifts on hand for presents for my whanau. I recently ordered a birthday gift for my sister and Kimberley not only delivered it personally, but sang her Happy Birthday! Now that is service - above and beyond.

I love using bloom 'n loco for sending family gifts and flowers. I live in the South Island and have a tendency to forget about special occasions until the day of. The same day delivery if ordered before 11am is magic and I always know the flowers are going to be fresh, presented well and value for money. Have used them several times and they always deliver without fault. I appreciate that they send a photo of the arrangement as well.

I just cant thank the Bloom n Loco Team enough!! After frantically organizing flowers from Brisbane at such late notice the ladies swiftly jumped into action, provided reassurance both messenger & email and lifted a huge weight of stress off my shoulders!! Throughout they kept in contact, sent me a photo of the flower bouquet & more heartfelt they went above and beyond... by adding a few of my nans favorite flowers to her 70th bouquet (blessssss xxx)!! Now that is what I call kind, genuine & compassionate customer service. Thank you guys ever so much, you have definitely touched my heart & have gained a proud repeat customer. Ordered flowers today to be made up and delivered for a relative in Wairoa. I received a email and photo from Kimberley to say that although the courier had finished earlier today, she had delivered the bouquet personally and that my cousin had loved them. It’s these little things that make a big difference and this business is well deserved of the 5 star rating I have given them.

Love bloom 'n loco, they delivered a beautiful bouquet of dried flowers to my mum in law. I got let down by another company on the day of delivery, so I quickly googled and these guys came up. Placed a new order this week for flower delivery. I received the same excellent service that I experienced a year ago. Flowers (purple) are beautiful and exactly what I ordered online.
