Communication skills are second to none:)Karen I really appreciate the way you partnered up with me, leading me on a personal journey while I explored awareness formally for the first time.Your patience asking gentle questions, drew out answers to my living experiences from within myself. I love the useful free app you suggested plus listening to talks by awareness speakers across the you tube platform. These choices along with the weekly goals we set together greatly enhanced my self guided practice at home. You also encouraged me to learn stillness and become more aware in non challenging situations by sitting in nature and using my waiting moments consciously by glancing at and noticing the natural beauty already existing around me.I now have some neat additional choices for dealing with lifestyle curve balls.Karen you went over and above anyexpectation I could have had of a coach. I highly recommend working with Karen to anyone interested learning about awareness.I can not thank her enough:)
