What an amazing store. They literally have everything one would need. The staff are absolutely delightful. Very friendly and helpful. I was so pleased to have got what I ha e been looking for in the last few months. Will definitely shop there again. Even the online orders will arrive quickly. So impressed.

Terrible customer service. I was looking for something in particular went up and asked at the counter they weren't busy. Pointed me to the far corner of the store no help what soever never found what i was looking for. Won't be going back just rude and lazy.

A couple of ladies & myself waited for u to open as your website & inquiry line all say 10am Sunday. By 10.20 we gave up & went to the Farmers. You also have no hours showing even in your window. Very disappointing

Great Service. When I couldn't find what I was looking for the lovely Assistant helped me and ran around changing sizes down when she said it needed to be better fitted. After losing 36kgs, I had no idea of what sizes I now was. This older customer was very impressed. Wonderful place.

A great shop to wonder around. It is clean well laid out and the staff are great. They are always near when you want assistance but not in your face.The clothes are of good quality and at a acceptable price .

I was popping into The Crossings store for nothing in particular. the greeting was fantastic, complimentary, & very relaxed with 'no' imitation of service. Well done to the staff. I will return as a regular customer.
