Garden Place Noodle Bar
Best dumplings and steamed buns which isn't the thick bread steam buns they are the bigger bun of dumplings. Fried or steamed are the best I've tasted in Hamilton. I rated the service 2 because I had gone to get sushi next door then came back to collect my take away dumplings and the lady said I have been waiting for you for long time but also seemed hesitant of handing over my paid order, I felt awkward and annoyed by that particular interaction.

So yummy! If you are craving for authentic chinese noodles! This is the place! The guy who served me was very accommodating and respectful! Even they are about to close, he still manage to find a way to served delicious food!

Seriously some of the best vegetable noodles I’ve had. The tofu was delicious, as were the vegetarian dumplings we ordered. So yummy.

One of my all-time favourites. Love their range of noodle dishes - and of course their must-try pork and prawn (fried or steamed) dumplings which always hits the spot! My family’s number 1 fav is the Beef Sirloin Noodle which is their #1 bestseller.Also tried the Ramen Aglio e olio for the first time and I am in love!

Went into garden place noodle bar with my almost 1 year old baby one day, the waitress on that day was super nice, came over offered to look after my baby while I ate. She could see the baby was getting restless sitting and wanted things to do. She was a experienced daycare teacher previously, really great with my baby. Gave him lots of attention. Showed him around the restaurant and introduced him to the chefs. I got to finish my delicious handmade noodles, was just a bliss. Everyone was happy. Thank you for going that extra extra mile helping a mama with a baby. You’re amazing!

The BEST noodle place in all of Aotearoa. Authentic and delicious; I always come here.The staff are always so friendly, food service is fast, and portions are large.Would definitely recommend!! ♡

Garden Place Noodle Bar
We ordered a couple of dishes and all were quite nice. Fried dumpling was tasty. The noodle soup was pretty good, although the beef was a bit dry and sad. The chickpea pork mince noodle was yum. Xiao long bao not too bad, felt the skin was a bit too thick. Place was small so could be difficult to get seat.

Service was quick and friendly, and the serving sizes were really generous. Dumplings were tasty but the broth for the noodles was pretty bland, I ended up adding some of the soy, vinegar and chili oil to it just to add a bit more flavour. Noodles had a great chewy texture but tasted a bit too much like raw flour, that being said they were freshly made and were served super quickly- so they probably didn't have much time to soak up the broth.

This is one of the best noodle place I have ever had. Their servings compliments well with the pricing and you get really full not only with the portion you have but as well as the flavors as well. Have ordered stewed pork noodle soup, chicken and mushrooms noodle soup, buns, dumplings (sorry didn't get the chance to take photos of the foods as we were really hungry), my 2yrs old loves their pulled noodle and dumplings that she doesn't want to leave. Customer service is more than 5 star too! Thank you for being so hospitable to your customers. Definitely recommend this place.PS. the parking and the size of the store doesn't really matter when you want to get their noodles ❤️
