The owners are lovely people to talk to very friendly and they keep the laundromat very clean

Asked the owners to put their dog on a leash as I am not comfortable with dogs roaming around. Theady gave me attitude about it. Very unprofessional.

Always clean and the parking lot has lights. I dropped my ID under a staff only door that was locked and the owners dropped it off to my house. Will be the only laundromat I'll use in palmerston north

Clean, spacious facilities. Owners were really lovely and helpful!

Clean and Tidy. We met a very helpful and friendly staff who assist us when we couldn't get our laundry card. Washing 8kg costs 5 dollar and drying costs 5 for 25mins, extra 2 for additional 8mins. Highly recommended.

Honestly the best Laundromat in Palmerston North. They have an adorable dog that loves pats and attention. Owners are great, always great customer service when I'm there. Clothes come out nice and clean. Very happy

I was at the Laundromat with my 2 children. As we entered, I had to answer a phone call while my children went to have a look at the vending machine.At the corner of my eyes, I saw a lady talking to my children. She looks like one of the owners of the shop. I asked my children what she said to them. They told me that she said, This is not a toy!" I asked them if they were playing with the buttons or playing with the machine. They said they were just looking and feeling the machine but not playing or pressing the buttons. I was unimpressed that my children were told off for nothing when we barely entered the shop for 2 minutes. I immediately searched for the next nearest Laundromat to go to and left this one. It was an unpleasant first experience at this Laundromat and would not come back again."

*They locked my stuff up intentionally*The lady who owns this place is very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. Have had 2 unpleasant experiences (keep in mind the husband is lovely).1. They leave their dog off leash, it’s expected as a dog owner or someone who loves dogs to say hello, as we did and were told by the lady “don’t talk to him”. Don’t let him wander up to people if you don’t want anyone talking to him. Chill!2. We have been using this laundry mat for approximately 7months now to wash our dog beds and also our bedding. We took our dog beds today for a clean and went back to pick them up to find nothing. After calling the number, the husband said you can’t wash those here and they have locked them away. We asked when the policy changed and where the signs were showing NO DOG BEDS. The sign is a small strip of paper on the machine where you top the cards up. Not everyone has to put money on their card so a sign on the door would’ve been more effective. Needless to say, I did top my card up but when you have a life and are busy, you are not looking for changes and that is not my responsibility as a customer to be on the hunt for clues!! The lady said someone had thrown the beds out of the dryer and they retrieved them for us …. by locking them up? Yet there were lots of other baskets on the floor waiting to be collected. She even checked the security footage to confirm I was at the pay station and should’ve seen the sign.It’s clear these guys went back intentionally to lock them away and ensure we go back when they are there closing up at 7:30pm.This is theft, don’t steal my belongings during opening hours and sort your attitude out or just do us all a favour and get some help. You clearly shouldn’t be walking around in society if you don’t know how to act.
