Waihopai School
They allow relegion in the classroom to be taught by people who are not teachers. They have kept my daughter in the hallway while they teach relegion after I opted out. They make it an opt out system so parents are not aware they are indoctrinating them into christinity. They should be ashamed! They send home religious puplications regularly. Hardly a secular school. They think the community wants it???

A great little primary school. Beautiful location by the Herbert St entrance into Queens Park ( if you are a visitor to Invercargill you must visit this BEAUTIFUL park, has won numerous global awards ) This a thriving and wonderful little school delivering exceptional learning to it's pupils and training to all it's faculty in a program continuing professional development. Your children are in good hands.
