Delightful staff . The cook is an absolute treasure. She cooks great kiwi food at great prices. Very comfortable cafe clean and well presented. A must visit .

Cute, fresh, and modern without too much fluff. They put in extra effort to make sure I enjoyed my scrambled eggs - which I found lovely. A great central but peaceful place for breakkie :)

Great time at Lydia's cafe, i had a long black and an omelet(recommended by staff). The long black was more bitter than im used to, but paired well with the omelet, which was well seasoned and portioned well worth for the price.The service was awesome welcoming and homly, Lydia's cafe had nice staff who were easy to talk to and very helpful.The atmosphere was solid and warm, with the place not quite full but well packed. The food was on display nicely, with the register easy to see and not crowed.Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I will be back!

Amazing Gluten free scone and GF toasty. Had a good selection of other gluten free items also. Knowledgeable staff, the asked if i was ceoliac when i ordered.
