Not a bad store, staff are knowledgeable and helpful, whilst being not too pushy. One issue I have noticed is often it seems like they can be a bit slow to update prices so things that show as on sale on the website will still have normal prices on the shelf, so it is worth checking the website while instore to see if you can save a few bucks - they do always seem to charge the website price so you won't ever be overcharged.

Had an issue with a pair of headphones I bought and got it resolved instantly. Lovely staff all the time. Never had any problems with staff and always feel welcomed when in the store. 10/10 service

I went there to get a replacement for my watch charger and they sent me to call a no ending line. The watch it's still under warranty.Very disappointed about their service.

I've had a number of good experiences at this JB Hifi store. The staff have always been helpful but not overbearing and always know their stuff. The store is big enough to have a good range of stock, yet not so big that you get lost! Plus, there are always good sales!
