Nice staff lovely teapots and teas, unfortunately, unable to get exactly what we wanted, and surprisingly, this company doesn't do store stock transfers or shipping within nz if paid for on line, only click and collect

Bought some tea from there this morning, the guy at the counter did not even say hello when I went up to pay, he was very very grumpy and obviously did not want to be there. He put it through on eftpos and didn’t say a word. No thank you or anything after purchase was made. My friend went in 2 hours later and had the exact same experience! Very disappointing.

Love the tea, so many great options, I have definitely spent alot of money with this company. This store also has amazing service, I went in the other day and all the employees in the store at that time asked me if i needed help.

Went into the shop yesterday morning. I was the only one in the store. I looked around for a few minutes throughout the store. The shop assistant did not even acknowledge my presence….. Was busy texting on her phone the whole time. Not a great look for the store. Pity as the products are pretty and I was looking for a specific cup to buy. I could not find it but decided not to disturb the shop assistant who was clearly run off her feet.

Lovely shop with lovely products but the one staff working at the Riccarton store today was incredibly rude and snappy. I needed help finding a gift for my friend and when I asked her if there were anymore gift sets in store she rolled her eyes at me and pretended to look very confused as if I was speaking another language! She was most unhelpful. It amazes me that companies hire people with zero customer service skills and zero people skills. This experience has put me off ever visiting this store again.

Went in to grab a gift and Reagan was awesome! Super helpful in finding the right thing and wrapped it all up for us at the end. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 of the infuser Mugs in a sale in March 2022. However I only just started using them now as have moved house. After about 3 uses I noticed the mug was leaking hot tea, after closer inspection I noticed 2 cracks on the inside of the mug. I returned to the store, where the arrogant male assistant said we have never had this before, it’s our older range. How can you sell mugs that are not fit for purpose, not to mention burns from leaking hot beverages. I asked for my money back as I didn’t want to spend more money on more potentially faulty products (they are not cheap) and the return price was not enough to replace the mug. Instead I got store credit and really rude service.

Went in looking for a nice tea, worst service ever! Dismissive, unhelpful, couldn't be bothered helping us then it turned out he was the manager! Won't be back.
