I mean why do we have to keep going into these places to collect our meager wages on the little ponies. We are all betting online why can't we transfer money online?! Look this place is (kind of) convenient for me to get to so that's why I go. Remember to Hi five the beggars on the way in after nailing that trifecta and shout the lads in Hi Vis a can of Cody's at the Hanger

What's the point in betting vouchers if you have to go to the store to redeem them? There's no point having them, you have online betting, implementing online voucher redemption shouldn't be that hard, 5 stars based on staff, but just a suggestion.
