We were not allowed to leave our 2 large suit cases in store while we buy breakfast. The attendant was so rude told us to get our bags out of his shop leave on the side of road or get out. Lucky there was a coffee shop near by that had no problem with our 2 suit cases. This is the first bad experience I have had on a visit to auckland with a rude nasty person

Went to buy something from the shop only to find it closed. According to the security guard at the bus station they are currently closed during the weekend. They do not have their opening times displayed on their windows notable their opening times been changed on Google Maps It is said that you can judge the character of a person by the way they treat service staff. I guess the same could be said for service staff and how they treat customers. Igloos like in this case there is little regard for customers.

Attitude of the cashier is really bad. The tone he speaks is absolutely arrogant and he will also order people around.
