Visited henderson f45 while I was on holiday. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The coaches are amazing and encouraging. Highly recommend!

F45 Henderson hasn’t been just a gym but has also been a place of refuge of me with how incredible the team are! They are approachable, hilarious and make you feel so comfortable and welcome! I went on my own and didn’t know anyone and haven’t left! Would highly recommend anyone to try it out! You’ll find another family here!

The coaches, the members, the vibe - it’s everything you want in a workout. Coaches who push you, loud pumping music, hilarious little antics. Would recommend to anyone looking to join F45 Henderson!

Best place to exercise. Amazing coaches Dee, Kim and all others. The exercises , plan really works if you want to stay fit. Amazing environment.
