Fantastic. Found the plumbing part I needed after trying several other shops. Went back a few weeks later and got a $2000 gas heater for $400. Great staff very helpful. Wear a mask they're scared of COVID

These guys fixed a couple of warranty issues with our campervan. One of them was replacing leaky roof vents. A few weeks after, one of the vents developed a major leak due to faulty installation. To Nationwide's credit, they got onto it straight away and fixed it and dried out the camper. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the initial faulty workmanship.

Travelling through New Plymouth we had a faulty side window on our camper van. It was fixed straight away and we were able to continue our holiday. Fantastic service. Sincere thanks.

Great experience. Helpful staff, able to supply replacement door catch that we have searched for online, and in Tauranga and Hamilton.

They had our caravan for 2 weeks, 3 hours to install 2 USB ports when we were told should be no more then 1 hour, and wait for it 6 hours to put 1 maker light on plus move outside light down put a cover plate over where light use to be and install awning rail and 6 hours to put brackets on for pipe to hold fishing rods. Now our outside light don't work. What a joke.

Went onto this sales yard yesterday afternoon looked around for half an hour no salesman. We found a caravan inside the showroom. Had a really good look at it and were interested in still no salesman around. We into the parts department no one really interested in helping us. After a few minutes one guy asked if he could help I said we were wondering what the price of the caravan was he said he didn’t know and said the salesman was upstairs they were having a farewell for someone and he was no his way down. We waited five minutes still no salesman went out to the car turned the car around looked into the office still no salesman.Appalling service what’s more important a little farewell or a customer.Clearly the farewell.I’ll take my money elsewhere I think.Thanks for nothing Nationwide Rv New Plymouth.
