Absolutely amazing service, friendly helpful and the rugs are just Devine... Spoilt for choice will be the biggest issue with this fab company. Lighting fast delivery too and rug packed so well it was like opening treasure at Xmas time. Rugs to suit every single need and want imaginable... We bought a 3.5x2.5m hand woven Dhurrie rug for a media room. We were so pleased with the quality of the rug, feel under foot, texture and natural variation of the appearance we bought another 4x3m jute rug for the dining room. Cloud9 rugs are not the cheapest available but you get what you pay for and the quality of the rugs is just superb. We are completely satisfied with the product and service provided by Cloud9.
