We bought a house last year with a spa pool “as is”. The spa pool had issues and was unreliable from the beginning. We were scared to get a technician to look at it, with the fear their recommendation would be to replace the whole spa pool. We contacted Sam of The Spa Guys who analysed this long-standing issue/annoyance and offered solutions which we happily accepted. The Spa Guys technicians were professional, timely, skilled in their work and friendly. We have been enjoying the spa pool ever since. Thank you The Spa Guys!

I needed a replacement controller, so, I recently bought a SpaNet SV1 mini controller from The Spa Guys" on their recommendation

I needed to upgrade the spa control system for my wooden hot tub spa. Sam recommended I replace my outdated system with a complete Spanet Package (SV Mini 1 Controller (c/w SV-MT Touch Pad), 2 speed pump and a 5.5kw Integrated heat pump). During our discussion, Sam gave me the confidence that he knew what he was talking about so I made the online payment expecting the new Spanet system to arrive over land the following week (I live in New Plymouth). However, the system arrived two days later along with simple to install instructions which allowed me to do the system replacement over the weekend. Sam made himself available during this period to answer a couple of technical queries - I've never had this level of support before. The new Spanet system is doing exactly what Sam said it would do. The electrical power consumption has been halved as has the cost of operating the hot tub.Frankly - The Spa Guys (Sam) are an absolute pleasure to deal with and truly delivered a quality service. If you want to experience getting the right service, the right product at the right price, then The Spa Guys are who you should call.

Great Product- spa- Hot PoolI purchased a spa from Spa Guys Rotorua a 4 person used but only one yr old, no damage fiberglass spa. I first saw it on trade me and then I contacted them direct. I paid half up front and then half when it was delivered. The spa guy employee and son came w spa on trailer to deliver it to my door in Cambridge, Waikato. They had moving trolley gear, 4 of us maneuvered spa into place, it is bloody heavy. (NOTE: you can’t just plug any spa into any normal 10amp plug you have to have a special 15 Amp plug out in by a sparky- took a while to find a sparky who would come and do such a small job). We have been using spa for 6 months now and it is going strong, no issues, works well- hubby uses it more than I do! We got steps, ozone generator, and spa cover holder for getting it on and off, spa cover also has keys that lock it on, so it’s kid proof if you need to pass an inspection- key can be hidden. Came with Chemical starter kit, now we buy from another store closer to us. Excellent product, honest seller, forgot the filter so posted it to us afterwards, A++++ seller. Highly recommend seller and product!

Top Company, Top Service!!!Our first Spa Purchase, and Sam was there to answer all my dumb questions!We purchase a used Trueform Eco Pool, and it was like Brand new! The price was amazing, and one of Sams Team delivered it personally from Rotorua to Patumahoe.It was well worth getting the Ozone fitted at the additional costs.Originally I was overwhelmed regarding the cleanliness/mainteance/Chemical side of things, but it all soon became very easy.Same even helped some months later, by talking me through a repair over te phone, when I accidentally let my cleaning sponge go down the filter basket, easy fix though with his help.Fully reccomend The Spa Guys, top people who have great products, take pride in what they do, with after-sales support to match!

Call.these guys for a quote was an extremely challenging job that had beeb turned down by several.other outfits in the area but they handled it with ease and promptly.Couldnt recommend any higher, great bunch of guys.Cheers
