Brother in-law purchased us a ski erg, sensors broke after only a few weeks of use and there was no customer service support what so ever to help us get it repaired or replaced. Would not purchase anything from here again

Prices are ok but Unprofessional service!! Take really too much time and very confused staff. Afterall try to bribe with cheap free water bottle at billing counter to write good reviews in google

Terrible and unsafe service on my most recent purchase. I was a loyal customer up until this point, but they couldn't care less! I brought a rower, and it was so sharp underneath that when you lift it up, you cut your hand. A family member accidently sliced their hand and they had to go to hospital to get stitches. Lee warehouse would not refund the item, even though it is unsafe. Greedy money makers! They said a replacement was on its way, however this did not happen. They stopped communicating. You get what you pay for I guess. Waste of money :( But i was more annoyed at the customer service!

With the cover outside erected on the frame perfect fit 3 x 6m frame. After 7 days of fine weather the cover seems to be of good quality and far surpasses the cover from savebarn. The fabric is extra thick and the material held up well enough, the only thing is after 7 days in the sun the color fades slightly. Ensure that when you take the cover off the cover does not catch on anything and that the cover is cleaned before stowing away. When erecting ensure the cover is right side up.

I bought a bench with barbells, dumbbells to set up a home gym at my house. Jason and a lady at the shop were very friendly and provided us perfect customer service. We are very happy for the quality of products we bought from Lee Ware as well. I will definitely visit here again.
