Gear is quite old. Snowboard rented needed waxing done. They applied the wax (1 min job..) on but didn't scrap off and even out the spread.. Ended up having to pay $10 to get it redone on the morning I was snowboarding...time and money wasted. Not going back here again...

Andrew is extremely knowledgable in all things snow. Great deals on board and bindings and he really understood my riding style before making a suggestion. As expected board was perfect when I took it for the first run. This place is amazing and I have already recommended it to a lot of friends.
