Friendly staff and helpful service, was able to get a good range of prices and good beds.

Decent size to the store and parking available for few vehicles. Very knowledgeable store personal was very attentive and demonstrated the adjustable beds while patiently answering my numerous questions.

Twice I've been into this store (two years apart) and been entirely ignored, despite having a good walk around the store and trying several mattresses. Had the complete opposite experience at their competitor's a few doors up... guess who got my business

Just moved to Auckland and needed a new bed. Stephanie worked with me to make sure I found the perfect mattress and got me an excellent deal. Great shop with a large selection, but Stephanie was definitely the best part of the experience. Highly recommend.

Do not purchase from the store. Service is terrible- I paid for a bed 2 months ago, which they said was in stock. Every excuse has been given to why it has not been ready. Now delivery window, over 2 hours late. I would rather my $ back.

Went to the shop in Newmarket and almost fell over at their entrance as it's been built up in a hump and a slope on the other side.Be careful if you're at all unsteady on your feet .There's no notice or a warning. Also after choosing a mattress ,didn't realise that we wouldn't receive it within a day or 2. Waiting is 2 to 3 weeks. Just a bit disappointed. Mattress looks and feels great. The assistant was very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience here. We went in and got very personalized attention from the owner who walked us through all the available options without pressuring us to upgrade. When my wife changed her mind the next day, the owner was really helpful in refunding some parts of the purchase and helping us switch some choices. All in all we are really satisfied both with the bed and service.

There is no promise of the delivery timeframe so if you'e relying on a mattress to get delivered by certain date, it is hopeless.When I bought and paid for the bed, the store person made it seem like their request would make a difference saying We cannot promise but I will make a note to request delivery for xxx date" and when they got their money and it came to a week before the delivery the store went into "no responsibility" mode saying they don't know when the bed will arrive and the bed will get delivered once it arrives.No empathy shown even when I said we will have to arrange alternative bedding/accomodation if the mattress doesn't arrive on time and just repeated the same thing.Will definitely pay more and buy at a different place to have the delivery on time."
