Good selection of beds. The person who we believe was the manager was very friendly and helpful but a second person who we dealt with later appeared to be a little snappy and even though we were buying a double he had started entering everything into there database as a queen. Delivery was on time as booked.

From the very start to the end Anish was very helpful. He helped me choose a mattress, bed frame and a headboard at the best price and to suit me. His customer service was equally good, unlike some other sales person. He gave me the best deals and at the end I was really happy with my purchase. Horrible manufacturing and Dangerous beds. I wish I could give lower rating than this. Spent good deal of money to buy a bed from their shop. Hardly six months passed before one of the large screw popped out of the headboard cushioning meant as headrest. Worst is my baby found the screw out of my hair which I never realised was there and also didn’t know how it got there; except for I leaned my head on the headboard for some good minutes.

After sales service has been equally good, unlike some other companies where that isn't the case once they have your money. Good quality beds. Unfortunately I can’t give it a higher rating than this. Moved into a new place, ordered bed for two days after I moved in. Bought the bed on the condition that it would be delivered on that date. Called the day before, salesman had put it down for three week delivery.Ended up getting it on time after a few calls but it put a very sour taste in my mouth.
