We have a 1 year old hob from Miele that stopped working. We have found Miele customer service very difficult to use & service times terrible. It has taken a month to get to the point where we think we have a repair booked all this time without a working hob! Long wait times for a technician & parts not available in the country plus customer service that doesn't call back. Miele products seem very good but having had a problem after purchase the support is so bad we regret having Miele in the house. We are buying appliances presently for another reno but will not use Miele.

We recently attended the Principles of Steam demonstration at Auckland run by Jen. It was very professional and inspiring. A great way to educate Miele owners on how to get the most out of their appliances. The complimentary food samples were a delicious bonus! Highly recommended.

Hi there, I also emailed you guy as requested by your Google message, but no response. I bought a Miele induction cooktop with integrated downdraft which cost over $7000 at Kitchen Things Newmarket. No sales person told me I need a connector for the downdraft the the time of the purchase. When we realise we can't connect the cooktop and downdraft, and asked Kitchen Things staff, first time they order the wrong part. Then I have to order again and took another 3 weeks for the delivery (still not delivered). When we ask Miele NZ, they said they asked Miele Australia head office to release the part, but somehow they were holding it. I don't see why they need approval and hold on to a connector that only cost $50, and also take so so so long to deliver it! Shocking!

New washing machine has a fault, Miele took a lot of convincing to come out to investigate / fix. They eventually did and admitted there is an issue but couldn’t fix it, now they just won’t respond to any emails. Painful

Absolutely shocking customer service! I have been waiting for a whole month to receive a refund for a washing machine that never even reached me! I told Miele I will buy the washing machine if they can confirm they can ship it to me urgently since mine broke down and I could not be without one. Even though they shipped it the next day, the washing machine was going to sit at a depot in Whangarei for 2 weeks before I could receive it. I cancelled the sale and was promised a refund which to date I still did not receive!!!!

We recently attended the Induction cooktop demonstration in Wellington and definitely came away a lot more confident. Loved watching our lunch being prepared. At that stage our cooktop at home wasn't connected so we had zero experience with induction cooking. Everything was covered, the hour zoomed by quickly and it was a great experience. Totally recommend this.

We met with Jen in July at the Ponsonby show room, as we were thinking of updating our induction cook-top. Jen showed us all the other cooking appliances and I loved the steam/combi oven. I will have to start saving!Jen not only feed us (taking into account dietary requirements)but answered all out questions with respect and knowledge.Other staff were happy and helpful.A great experience.Thank you

Shocking! Paid $629 for a vacuum cleaner on the 2nd August, picked it up on the 4th August. It stopped working 21st September. Took it back to the store that sold it to us on the 23rd September (NOT the stores fault) and been told they are waiting for a part for the motor!! WTH?? It got used twice a week for the period of time we had it (8-9 times) before it stuffed out. Because it didn't happen within 7 days, we don't get a replacement just this long pathetic wait with no timeframe to get it back. We are a community organisation and don't have the means to replace it ourselves. We have the community and public coming in our doors everyday and it's terrible to not have a vacuum cleaner. Just give us another one please and save your excuses! I thought Miele was a good brand - I would never buy their appliances ever again!

Purchased a C2 Miele vacuum cleaner two years ago. Just over a year after purchse the clip that holds the vacuum cleaner pipe broke and I had to tape it with duct tape. Now the elbow that goes into the pipe has split.Very disappointing quality. I purchased this vacuum cleaner to replace an old Miele vacuum. There is no comparison with the quality of this one and my original one. Not worth the cost of replacement part.
