I don't know how many times you try to tell someone that your windows and that need to be done they should know when they come around they ant handycap or retared to just come around and talk then walk off but who's gonna listen when you stay on a property that they run yes I'm texting about linkpeople or they gonna say we tryed contacting him but no cellphone so what gives them the right to come into your home for investercation in your appartment when they can't even just go inside and fix a few proplems that's what I'm giving them a 2star
