As tenants, we found Mary to be an excellent property manager. She is organised, gets things done and is a great communicator. We also found her to be fair, easy to deal with, flexible and decisive. We own investment properties in other cities but should we buy one in Wellington Mary & Nansons would be our first call. Highly recommended, you won't be let down.

We were very pleased with the Property Management service provided by Mary & Jon while our Kapiti Coast house was tennented. Mary communicated clearly, made sure quotes were received prior to any work being done and confirmed when the work had been completed. Together, Mary & Jon provided a great service and gave us peace of mind that our house was in good hands (even to the extent of taking some rubbish to the tip that we had left behind on moving day). She was readily available, responsive when there were issues, understanding and realistic when scheduling inspections around our busy family schedule. We used Mary as our property manager for our first rental. She was superb. She is friendly, very organised, a clear communicator, and always professional. She really cared about our house. Much better option than a large property management firm. We highly recommend her.
