We had such great service from the team at Waikato Heat Pumps - from the consultation to the installation. A little bit of a hiccup with an appointment time but they went out of their way to find someone to come round. Thanks guys.

They were flexible and understanding when owing to renovation holdups we had to change installations dates on more than one occasion and were efficient and professional when the project finally went ahead. Would happily approach them again in the future.

Very happy with our new Daikin ducted HVAC system. First impressions of WHP were high and Dom, Conrad and the entire team maintained that high level of professionalism, courtesy and respect throughout the entire journey; from pre-install to installation and post installation followup. WHP dress, speak and present professionally and installed a quality product. Highly recommend WHP, the difference the ducted heating/cooling system we had installed has made to our (older and quite big!) home is amazing. We have had no ccondensation since the fresh air insert was put in. Very happy with the results :)Dom and Conrad came back around to check we were satisifed after everything was complete, and any concerns we had were dealt with within 12hours.Very impressed with how everything was completed within such a reasonable time frame, especially given the current situation around covid. Had the team come out to our rental to install a heat pump and couldn’t be happier with the service from beginning to end. Great communication, tidy workmanship and a fair price, happy all round.

Originally, I was happy with the quote. Which included a central ducted air con system with two returns grills.They damaged my brand new flooring on installation. Then a few months down the track noticed my machine was running very loud and seemed unpowered. Went to clean filters and the second return grill in my hallway only opened to my roof space. Had absolutely nothing in there. They cut a giant hole in my ceiling for no reason at all which has destroyed any insulation benefits. When queried why there wasnt a return grill i was told an excuse that they cut it for access. So I was quoted for two returns, only have one. And a cut out opening to my roof space in the hallway.To top it off, it turns out the heat pump installed was 4KW less heating than the model quoted and paid for.Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Contacted these guys to fit a ducted system into an older style home. I found the communication to be excellent, and although the house layout is awkward, their team made it work. The finished system is exactly what I envisioned, the grills are all well aligned, and it works perfectly. Would most definitely use these guys again, fantastic business.

Everything went very smoothly! Starting from the initial discussion, quote time, and all the way through to the installation.They did an exceptional job, including post job cleanup. The big and notable thing was the staff did not leave until they'd shown us all aspects and installation items, to ensure we were happy. We'll happily deal with them again (a third time).No strange request or requirements on our part was ever too much trouble. We wanted a ducted system installed throughout the house, including ducting in to our fully insulated garage; I wasn't ready to invest in the full-blown smart controlled ducted system. An example of them going above and beyond: they were able to accomodate my strange request to turn the garage area off when I know I won't be using it for extended periods of time. A switch on the wall now opens/closes the vent for that area.They will be doing a courtesy followup in a few weeks time to ensure we're still happy too - a much appreciated service!

As far as heat pump cleaning goes they do a great job i would Recommend there services very thorough, but at the risk of having your floors damaged in the process? Stear clear!!! They damaged my lino moving my fridge to clean the heat pump, I made them aware of this politely many times and even had a phone call from Dom the boss who gave false promises and didnt appear to care a bit, after months of one way" correspondence they have basically ghosted me

The service we received from WHP has been great. From quote to installation, removal of old unit etc was great. They went out of there way to help us. They were always professional and we would reccomend them to anyone needing a new heat pump.
