Heaven Sent did an excellent end-of-tenancy clean for us in Wellington recently. Arranging a quote was easy and the related visit provided reassurance of a professional firm that would take due care. We had vacated by the time the cleaning was done but the feedback from the property manager was excellent and we received a full bond refund. I would definitely recommend.

We recently moved into a new house and wanted a move in clean. I contacted numerous companies and Heaven Sent were the only one that responded promptly and with information and options. After speaking with Hagen I felt confident in their ability to manage the job. The team were prompt, professional and accommodating. We have had Heaven Sent Cleaning doing fortnightly cleans at our unit in Wellington cbd for the past 18 months and they have consistently done a wonderful job. The place is always sparkling clean after they have been. I have appreciated their willingness to be flexible and to fit in extra jobs like an oven clean when we recently put our place on the market.I have no hesitation in recommending Heaven Sent Cleaning for regular house cleans.

Absolutely exceptional service! We had Hagan and one of his colleagues turn up to do a one-day moving out clean. They were ontime, well prepped and organised. They did such a thorough job that our Real Estate Agent said it was the cleanest house they'd ever shown (especially the outstanding work on the oven/oven door).

We used Heaven Sent to do our move-out clean. We have a 5 bed 3 bath home and we needed a deep clean plus all our windows which are many. We just arrived back, checked the house and what an awesome job your teams did. It looks so good :). We highly recommend them.

They did a very profecianl work for my move-out cleaning.All corners are thoroughly clean and all surfaces wiped .I've used many cleaning companies in New Zealand, and in many cases, they just wipe off the surface ,leaving the corners and window sills dusty.Heven scent cleaning cleaned everything beautifully and conscientiously.they are professional in the true sense of the word.I'm Japanese, but their quality is comparable to Japanese cleaning companies.I will definitely use the services of this company again.
