Had my first appointment with Bailey Nelson Takapuna yesterday, was amazed by their professionalism and customer service. The optometrist was really patient with all my questions, and the front house guy was really nice and patient as well. Sorry I did not grab their names!Wide range of frames to choose from, all very pretty.Looking forward to my first pair of glasses with BN.

I had an eye appointment with Irene Cho at Bailey Nelson Takapuna last Saturday. It went well but I need to commend her for doing such a really great job. She's very gentle and explains every procedure very well. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The staff who works there was also very helpful and nice. Love the service!

Had the best experience with Bailey and Nelson. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I put off getting glasses for a year because I couldn’t find a pair that suited me and the lovely lady helped fit multiple pairs to the shape of my face in such a short time I was so beyond grateful for her help. Amazing customer service ! Awesome range of frames couldn’t be happier !

I visited the Takapuna store recently with 2 of my daughters and we all bought glasses, me using a prescription from elsewhere and they both had tests onsite. We couldn't fault anything - great frame choices, and excellent customer service. We will definitely use them again and would recommend the store to anyone. Also great to have a store on the street rather than in a mall on Covid times!

Fantastic service, ordered my glasses on Sunday and got them the following Friday. The lovely girl at the shop was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was great fitting my glasses and was very personable. This is my second time getting glasses from Bailey Nelson and I’ll be back. Thanks for a great experience.
