Unable to use the toilets despite buying sushi in store. Only customers who buy and eat the sushi in store can use the toilets. Very disappointing.

All in all a really wonderful grill side teppanyaki experience. The food was outstanding!!Beautifully cooked in front of us, with excellent service from the wait staff for items that didn't come from the grill.A really good range of beverages both alcoholic and non available to round out the experience.I chose a set menu @$49 for which I received at least 6 dishes of food. If by some miracle you can fit a dessert in you order it separately. I don't remember the drinks prices.Overall I thought it was good, it was good value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would very much recommend this restaurant. It is popular so make a reservation especially if you want to sit at a grill.

Great selection. Good pricing. Fresh and tasty sushi . I had the sweet and spicy chicken 8 pack which had crispy chicken and avocado. It was delicious. Also bonus points that the sushi trays were cardboard (still had plastic lids but hey still a step better than most sushi places!). Look forward to trying some of the hot food next time.

I've enjoyed the hot katsu curry I purchased there. Very yum. I think there's a new lady serving now, much friendlier.

What a rude,ignorant and unfriendly woman.there good for kids" is far from true.we picked up X2 tuna sushi sticks my son asked for them to be chopped (never a problem elsewhere) she grunted that's too hard.i told her it's not get a knife. I saw them making new sushi for him wrapped in cling wrap I asked if she could put in tray as it was over $6.she told me extra cost my son got his sushi which were both hot in temperature. Don't go or waste your money there she needs a good tune up."

It is very nice and friendly store.It is near the christchurch airport. You can get here on foot from airport.they have a lot of kind fresh sushi & meal.(Rice ball, skinny sushi, 4 piece and 8 piece, cateering box)And Sometime sushi maker make special sushi for customer’s order.Store closing time is depand on season.And kittchen closing time is little earlyer then store closing time.Near the closing time, they start discount, you can get cheeper!

Unhygienic.The sushi is made and the put out for sale using hot rice. So the salmon was warm.I felt the outside of a few sushi packets and they were also toasty warm.The person behind the counter saw me testing the sushi packets and stated fresh

Walked in, got served by a rather cold young lady. Got a 4 piece Chicken. Noticed it had salmon in one and pointed it out, she then just lied and said it was mixed even though its not on the menu and the remaining 10 x 4 piece packs had only chicken. Noticed other reviews pointed out a particular rude staff member, owner/manager maybe? Don't get it, do they want people buying their sushi? She seems to dislike people walking into the store.
