Merit RV

Went to this yard yesterday sign at gate say go to office. While walking to the office the guy cleaning camper van looked at us and carried on washing the camper van got to the office door sign on door says wait here waited five minutes no one there.walked passed the cleaner guy saying there’s no one here he just ignored us so we left. Clearly not interested in my money so I’ll spend it elsewhere.My reply to you.There was no one else there or on the yard only the cleaner guy.

Went to buy a new step for the caravan. As it was a small space we had to wait as other customers were looking at campervans etc. We decided to go elsewhere as we know showing caravans take a long time

I purchased a new Swift Conqueror 650 Caravan three years ago from an Otago Dealer and when I asked for an Owners Handbook/Manual was told, sorry, not available. Everything is online. I recently rediscovered Merit RV in New Plymouth, Swift caravan dealers, and on an off chance rang Nathan to see if an Owners Handbook/Manual was available. Yes, we have them available. Nathan could not have been more helpful. He Couriered the Manuals to me that day and I received then a couple of days latter. No cost to me at all, so a Great effort from Merit RV and one very happy Southern Caravan owner.Thanks Heaps Merit RV.

We were looking at a few caravans on-line all over NZ, but in the end decided to buy local. It was a choice between two competing company's vans and although the one we finally chose was more expensive it was the great service provided by MeritRV that determined our choice. Completely oriented us to our new van, then delivered it to our place of choice as we still hadn't purchased a tow vehicle.

For new campervan owners you're given heaps of information in a short period of time. Being able to stay at a nearby camping ground and having all your questions answered by RV by phone was great. Guarantees aren't all there cracked up to be. We had a problem with our TV. Rang RV who told us to ring the TV supplier. Rang them who told us no problem

Merit RV New Plymouth helped me find number tag for our 2008 Fiat Swift Motorhome to get a COF in Napier, blessings to Nathan Butler and staff, you guys helped me thank you heaps.

We purchased a second hand caravan that was originally purchased from Merit RV. Three emails plus a phone call to transfer the warranty with zero response. Unfortunately the warranty must be transferred via the original dealer so we had little choice but to go via merit rv, swift was very forgiving and did the transfer for us via another dealer.Response - emailed Nathan Butler 14.09, 25.09, 7.10 with two phone calls in-between these dates.

We recently did a Trade and purchase of a new Swift Eccles 635 from Nathan and Ken, what an easy process working with Merit RV, their wealth of knowledge and after sales service is impeccable, customer service is number 1. I would recommend anybody considering a new RV to contact these guys, you won't be disappointed.
