I had recurrent shin splints and was recommended to visit shoe clinic. They were able to identify my running style that was causing my shin splits and therefore recommend a shoe to provide support to improve my running style. I am very impressed with the staff member Glenn who delivered excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be coming coming back. I can not wait to try out my new running shoes.

Sales man was beyond rude. He was arrogant and condescending. As a physiotherapist and seasoned runner, I would not recommend this store to others.

From the minute we stepped in the store we were looked after very well.The lady took time to understand what issues my partner had what line of work she was in and generally what her life style was like before test her walking patern on machines.After which were advised on socks that would help support as well as two different types of shoes, my partner felt immediate relief of pain as she has flat feet and is super happy with the choice.Awesome customer service

Kelvin and his team really know their business. I have had an excellent customer experience here. They took time to guide me towards the perfect shoe for my needs. I will definitely come back for my next pair of shoes and if you want true customer service then I suggest you shop here too!

Bought a pair of running shoes which I'm quite happy with however at the time of purchase the sales guy said you better get these drymax socks ($35) as well and I said sure I'll try the shoes with the my current socks and if I wasn't happy I'll use these and asked him about return policy and he said we have a 30 days return policy. I came back in two weeks and said my current socks are fine and want to return these socks and he said we have no returns policy on socks which he did not mention to me at the time even though he knew I heard me at the time. Also nothing is mentioned on their website about socks and it says 30 days return on all footwear which I assume socks are a type of footwear if there are no specific clause excluding it.

My family and I entered the store. There were 4 staff members standing and talking. They did not welcome us or acknowledge us and continued to stare. My wife approached a male staff member, who then spoke to a female staff member for assistance. Staff seemed to be disinterested in their job and they really need a refresher on customer service. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back and will take my business elsewhere.

Quite disappointed with the service this time. The Riccarton Store in Christchurch has happily exchanged in a jiffy under similar circumstances in the past. Worse, reason given is Riccarton store has more money than us.. kinda pathetic.
