Hi FedEx I would like to commend your courier customer service in Spreydon, Christchurch, New Zealand.Its great to see one of your courier drivers greeted me at the door with a huge smile and an awesome attitude.He is the epitome of what all customer service standards should strive to achieve anywhere/everywhere and should be appreciated for a job well done!!!

absolutely useless. we've paid for a 3 day service from OZ to NZ and two weeks later we are still waiting for our shipment to be processed at customs. no contact no nothing from TNT. yesterday we finally contacted them ourselves and they were full of excuses and promised an expedited processing. 24 hours later still no invoice in order to get our goods to be released from customs. a complete disgrace!

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use TNT Service they will not provide you a proper information and no one contact you before they cancel your pick-up just because they want to see id before pick-up, Very unprofessional people.i don't want to give them even one star .Very disappointing.

Still waiting on a shipment from the UK. It's been two weeks now and still nothing. You're meant to be a courier service!! How is it that DHL can get the same order here in half the time? Do not recommend at all.

way better and cheaper than DHL! Well done!The app is just amazing to track your parcels and they charge nothing extra for customs clearance!

Absolutely terrible, cannot believed they haven't been shut down yet. Don't go near TNT, it seems like no one knows what they are doing and your package will arrive (if it does) 4 weeks late.

I've pretty much gone through every stage in the process with TNT now, in a very short period. So here is my breakdown.Price: Hard to beat TNT's 10kg and 25kg large freight box rates, the economy product is incredibly good value if you are sending heavy large volumetric items overseas, or importing. Its worth getting an account for this alone.UI: Its easy to book freight compared to NZ Post ESHIP. Only comment I would make is you need to make sure you include all documentation in the consignment pack/sticky window that goes on boxCommunication: Emails and phones are regularly answered. If I have an issue I can actually talk to one personInsurance: I've had to make a claim, which was eventually acceptedCOVID: Given the situation, TNT have done well to keep freight moving compared with NZ Post and EMS.

The most appalling service we have ever had in 24 years of business. Customer service lie not once but four times with different story everytime. Still waiting 7 weeks after arrival of 1 of 2 parcels arrived. Never again

I finally got my parcel from the depo, after the driver decided to not deliver it. Our street had some roadwork on that day, but not in our address, which was completely accessible from the other direction. People pay premium for the prompt service/delivery, not for finding excuses.

every time i call your 0800 number it does not work properly - you can never hear me you really need to improve your phone system - very frustrating!!!!!! However when I do get through the call centre people are very helpful
